You can book through the website, WhatsApp or at our office. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, and the amount depends on the itinerary. Before paying, ask the sales advisor for the exact deposit amount and payment deadline via WhatsApp or email: the published terms do not specify a standard percentage or deadline. The booking is confirmed after receipt of the deposit is verified; you must receive a receipt or written confirmation. The tour must be paid in full before it begins; cash payments must be made at least 24 hours before the tour.

Can I cancel or change the date of my tour?

To change the order or date of the program, notify us at least the day before for full-day tours and at least 3 hours before for half-day tours; changes are not accepted after these deadlines. If you cancel the program, payments are not refunded and the initial deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases of accidents or illness supported by documents, with a percentage penalty on the total paid. The terms do not specify that percentage or a standard charge for changes: ask the advisor for the details applicable to your booking. Roadblocks or natural disasters may allow rescheduling without a refund and with any applicable external penalties.
